I haven’t had any complaints about working with her. Heal & Thrive is an organization that helps people with ADHD find practical strategies, systems, and routines to make life easier. Everyone I've encountered has been understanding and good at celebrating accomplishments. I would recommend Heal and Thrive Psychotherapy and Coaching to friends, as there's nothing wrong with needing help! Sometimes all it takes is having some accountability or someone to help you problem-solve.

Recommend monitoring and track suspected cheating wive and activities at work. However app couldn’t grant all access I needed to detect and catch my wife red handed in her deceptive ways. It all started when I had a suspicion on her with some recently inherited behavior like staying out late nights after work, being clingy to her phones and so on. I had never thought about Life Coaching before - it seemed a little self helpy and fluffy to me. The I met Mira -The Alpha Femme model is such a great, modern concept. It takes women out of the box we are traditionally placed in to. I love that Mira encouraged all of us to take ownership of who we are as women, and not be shamed in to acting like a man or being a little woman - It's ok to be a confident, attractive, successful woman!  Being part of a group coaching plan was way more enlightening then I had thought it would be. There is something really special about a group of women who've never met encouraging each other, growing together and celebrating each other's successes. It was not only inspiring to hear how the tools we were learning were working for other members of the group it was also really eye opening to hear that I am not so different and other women are having the same career stalls that I am. Working through it together felt empowering and was rewarding.  It sounds strange but just committing to the coaching program and making the group calls each week was a big step for me, Mira encouraged me to do it because I guess she knew it was the right fit for me and it  was. Just telling people "oh I have a coaching call at 5pm, so I'm unavailable" was like announcing to them _ I'm doing something for myself! I'm bettering myself cause you know what I deserve it ! i felt like my husband and even my boss were very supportive and took me more seriously because of it. Even now months later I am constantly sharing the tools I learned from Mira with other women and men! If you are serious about committing to yourself and realizing your potential Mira can definitely guide you - and she's definitely not fluffy!

I finally took the plunge and decided to commit to working with Ashley after several years of talking with her, after I worked with her briefly before she began coaching. Although I was heavily pregnant and about to have my second child, Ashley assured me that we could still make coaching work around my schedule and she has been really flexible and understanding throughout. I am so happy that I invested in myself and this process to go through this experience with Ashley. Ashley created a tailored program for me based on my budget and timelines, and I can truly say that I have learnt so much about myself, my thinking patterns and how to gently shift the way I think and behave in such a short space of time. The modules, alongside the recommended reading and coaching calls with Ashley are a powerful way to work towards really changing your life and uncovering what may be holding you back from living and designing the life you ultimately want. Through my coaching experience, I was able to confidently decide to leave my corporate job and explore other freelancing and business opportunities that have aligned much more closely with my core values and ultimately made me so much happier. Although some of the things you learn during this course could be considered 'simplistic' or 'obvious' - it's not until you really dig into these themes and apply them to your real life which you do as part of this course, that you truly begin to understand and become more aware of how some of these affect you day to day, and you learn how you can 'catch yourself' and change the way you respond for the better. This type of work definitely isn't something that is 'one and done', but I'm so grateful to Ashley for providing me with the valuable foundational tools that will enable me to continue learning in the future, and I'm so happy that I made the choice to work with her. I felt comfortable with her throughout the entire process, didn't feel like she was judging me and she was always pragmatic in her counsel and asked me good questions to really help me dig deeper to challenge my thinking. I’ve had episodes of chronic eczema and tried various medications over the years. After an initial consult with Dr Olivia I had a better understanding of what foods may affect my histamine levels and after going through her diet plan I think we got a winner. To complete the holistic approach Scott also tailored a simple workout flow that I can do while on the road since my job requires me to be on the move a lot. Really grateful for their help! Things are going crazy good for me. My business is growing. I now have a sales persons, a paint tech, two vans, and am now hiring more technicians. I also have two apps about to launch, one you know about, Nudge, and the other is for the car business. I’m also about to publish a book, that will be in alignment with the Nudge app. These are very exciting times. Thanks so much for helping launch this awesome life. :D

Before coaching, I was this unaligned but high-functioning human. I was operating from a place of ‘You've got to do and a task list and a routine.’ And I was operating out of fear most days. I'm able to make decisions now because I trust myself more. And now that I've eliminated a lot of the unnecessary negative noise, I can hear myself clearly and loudly. It's easy to make decisions because the next best thing is just more obvious. It feels lighter. Like not having to have a ‘conference call’ with all my feelings at the same time.

Mrs, Carruthers is absolutely amazing, when it comes to motivation if you need a nudge, a push, or to be out right carried at times please look no further.
