Consistency and having a plan each week are what I believe makes or breaks dream body goals. Having a great time and a support system also plays a huge role. Find something you like to do. Connecting with people and watching growth happen is an incredibly rewarding part of being a Health Coach/Personal Trainer. When my clients achieve there goals I almost feel just as successful with them. Your goals are our goals. So let’s do it together.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I started working out at a younger age. I got really interested in not only fitness training and anatomy but also the mental aspect of it all as well. It led me to getting my certification and pursuing a job as a trainer. I really enjoy helping people build a better lifestyle for themselves.

A positive introduction to fitness is extremely important. Although it sounds formal now I truly believe finding a way to make exercise and health fun is the key to success. I have been certified by both NASM and ACE. These are some of the top certifications in the country. That being said I am proud to have gained all the fantastic knowledge through these intense courses, but I believe my hands on experience the last 15 years working with clients has really allowed me to elevate my career in this field. Hands on experience can be more important.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

During the pandemic I had to pivot. Even to this day people have concerns about getting sick. I am happy to work remote and or wear a mask so you feel more comfortable if necessary.
