I stopped in to CF Anaheim on a recent vacation in California and had an awesome time! It was a weekend, early in the morning so the gym was empty which was great because my friend and I got all the attention of Aaron (the owner) for our squat and WOD. We have been CrossFitting for almost two years and are always learning from new coaches and Aaron was no exception with very helpful cues and some new tidbits for the both of us. Would while heartedly recommend this box to anyone who's in the area or passing through.

Oh, man.. it’s been a crazy 6 six weeks. When I started this journey, I set a goal to be healthier, to get stronger..Self-discipline really isn’t my strong suit, so I looked for a way to consistently pursue fitness. I found it in FBBC — the trainers are amazing, so helpful, and so encouraging. They honestly believed I could go further than I thought. The first few weeks, I remember thinking, “what the hell did I get myself into..?” I struggled with the workouts — my energy was still dragging and I would keep giving up in the middle of my sets. Now, I’m excited to workout. Don’t get me wrong.. I still wanna die in the middle of it — the trainers push hard — but now I know I can do it & I WANT to. I know I can push out that one more rep. I know I can grab that heavier weight. My muscles are visibly developing & my energy is way up. I love how both my mind and body has changed. I’m so grateful for the FBBC family and I’m excited to continue my fitness journey with them. :)

YuBFit is the exclusive TRX training facility in Orange County CA. At first glance, this gym looks NOTHING like you would think a training facility may look. BUT, after attending one class and the instruction of trainer Tammy Or Jonathan, I am hooked. It appears that this type of training was developed by a navy seal and endorsed by many professional athletes. No joke, intense workout and great nutritional coaching. Extremely intense workouts but open for all levels due to the unique suspended and body weight resistance. TRULY 5 Star facility, trainers and membership.

I work out 5-6 days a week... I don't typically do spin classes, but I come here on my cardio days just to take Melissa's class. Her upbeat attitude/energy and consistently rockin' music selection is the perfect combination for a great workout sesh. My legs/buns are always screaming and I'm usually drenched in sweat by the end of the class. I highly recommend her class for anyone who wants a great workout w/ a great instructor!

When we first meet we will go over your goals and interests and design a custom program that engages you while reaching your goals. I have worked with many different people with vastly different needs and consideration. All I need you to do is commit and stick with the program. Personal Training Self Defense Now days it is vital to be able to protect yourself. From school bullies to people on the street you need. to be able to handle the situation. I will teach you MMA which is a mixture of Muay Thai jiujutsu, Wrestling, Boxing and. Tae Kwon Do. Rehabilitation First we will figure out your limitations and needs. When I know that I will design a program that will strengthen the joint and surrounding muscles. We will also stretch you out using a combination of static stretching, power platform and, PNF. Once you are able to workout we will build you up making sure your kinetic chain and propeception are buit up. Then you can join the Personal Training Program.
I make working out at a high intensity interesting, challenging and, effective. I utilize cardio kickboxing functional movements, fencing and, weightlifting to get results those results will help push you.
The secret to getting the body of your dreams, is to understand human physiology. By using workout techniques that target your specific needs you can achieve your goals. I have trained and I used to fight in amateur MMA. I also trained people in a college as an assistant to my professor. He was a great teacher that showed me how to help people a large range of people. I learned to work with many different people. My secret is experience and listening to your needs and adjusting the workouts to push you and get your body to the next level.

I meet a professor named Jeffery Jesperson, he saw the potential in me and helped bring my best self forward. I worked with people in the Wellness center in Fullerton College. Seeing people make life long changes seemed valuable to me. I wanted to carry on with this line of work after college.

I update my education and skill set constantly, via Fullerton Junior College and National Academy of Sports Medicine (N.A.S.M.).
