How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

I teach them the five pillars of health: mindset, nutrition, cardio, flexibility, and strength.

We then utilize training for strength training and you have access to me from 9 am to 10 PM mon-fri and 10 am to 6 PM Sat/Sun to talk about the rest if you need more assistance.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

Keep it simple stupid.
It's not complicated and there is no secret pill. Do the work, eat right, reduce your stress. Tadahhh!

What do you love most about your job?

I get to torture people for a living...that plus educating a client to believe in themselves where that confidence slowly grows towards their overall life.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I wanted to leverage my time. I worked full time at la Fitness and got really burnt out. I realized that if I can handle the 50-70 clients I managed a month, I can earn 5X more money with the same clientele if I work on my own.

Why should our clients choose you?

I am exercise professional certified through the American College of Sports Medicine. I also have two degrees in Kinesiology. Who else do you know that went to school to study and be a trainer? There are a lot of good looking trainers out there but not many have a clue what they are doing. I expect to bring my clients to my level of confidence by showing them all of my knowledge and helping them become healthier versions of themselves.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

I only focus on clients/members coming to my garage gym versus myself going to them. At my garage gym, I only one client/member at a time to workout due to covid/basic in-home business laws. With only one person at a time, I have more control over the overall sanitation/safety/operations of my business, hence making it a safe/secure place for people to workout and have fun.
