I am a freelance mobile Makeup Artist and Hair Stylist based in London, though I travel and cover Surrey, Kent, Essex and Sussex. I first started my career 11 years ago when I completed a TV, Film and Theatre Hair and Makeup course at the DFMA Makeup Academy. From there, I went on to work and train with multiple major makeup brands such as Mac Cosmetics which gave me the experience and knowledge needed for the industry. After a few years of perfecting my skills, I decided to branch out on my own and create my business, Hannah Gibbins MUS. Since then I have had the opportunity to work on lots of different projects, shows and meet so many individuals. I love my job and I look forward to what the next 11 years will bring!
Everyday is different from the next! One day I could be working at a vintage wedding venue with a beautiful bride and the next I could be at Notting Hill, living it up with a carnival band creating totally different looks. My job is fun and exciting and I get to meet new people everyday, I love every minute of it!
I have always had a passion for makeup which inspired me to undertake the course at DFMA Makeup Academy. From there, working and training with the major makeup brands gave me the experience and knowledge needed for the industry, however my skills were limited thus capping my creativity. Which in turn inspired me to release my creative potential to infinite opportunities through starting my own business!
