Jill and Jayne could not have been easier to work with, right from the moment I first made contact with them.
They were exceptionally accomodating: my wedding and party were on seperate days, and requested hair and makeup on both days for myself and my mum. Jayne was available to do our hair on both days, but Jill already had a bridal makeup booking on the second date I requested. They went above and beyond by firstly giving my mum and I tips on how to apply the makeup whilst getting us ready on my wedding day, then lending us the same makeup, accompanied by very helpful handwritten instructions, on the party day, so that we could use their lovely products ourselves to achieve the same look as on the wedding day. They really went above and beyond!!
I opted not to have a trial beforehand, but communications with Jill helped me, my mum and Jill & Jayne all have an idea of what hair and makeup looks we were likely to be creating. But they were both incredibly flexible on the day and very much worked with us to ensure we achieved the looks we both loved.
I felt so elegant on both my wedding and party days - a rarity for me! - and that was in no small part thanks to Jill and Jayne.
Finally, Jill and Jayne were a joy to spend time with: both mornings were very relaxed, and mum and I really enjoyed just chatting to them as we got ready.
