For many years I have been making wedding films, but it started when I was 7 years old making films on my grandfathers hi-tech cine camera, technology has advanced in such a way, my vision of shooting a wedding film, the way I wanted to and be able to create dynamic edits with a fast edit suite became possible over the last ten years, creating natural films, but with that viewpoint of someone who has empathy which I do, I can read situations before they happen and after all these years of making wedding films, finding someone who has not only my skill set, who is also family oriented, someone who knows empathically and instinctively when and what to shoot, to create that beautiful emotional journey throughout the film, but above all we are very passionate about what we do, which you will clearly see when we meet.
When watching cine films of my own upbringing, I would spend hour after hour watching and re-watching this footage and taking note at that age of how I felt as a viewer, I can easily put my head space in the couples head space, when shooting and editing, so I know what moves people, I can story tell, so when I was 7 years old I began making my own films and then when I got my first part-time job at 13 I bought my first camera and have been making films ever since.
This sounds, well.... confident, but try and find my equal in all aspects of wedding film production, from shooting, editing, consulting, before and after sales, after many years of being fortunate enough to be commissioned, to make over 2000 films, I have more experience than I would say anyone in the UK, my full house of 5 star reviews speak the voice of my clients, which is always great to read.

Dan was an incredible videographer for our wedding day. His work was brilliant value for money, he shot great quality videos even featuring drone shots on the less premium packages. He was calm & friendly on the day & his communication before & after the event was always quick and easy. The audio quality was great capturing the ceremony, speeches, & even mini interviews with the guests that we will treasure forever. Dan captured lots of different angles for each part of the day subtly & inobtrusively, despite being a one man team! Thank you for all your help & being so professional and accomodating going the extra mile for us! Would definitely recommend Pretty Wedding Studios
