I recently contracted a project of work to Phestos Ltd to assess the structural capability of a single storey domestic residential extension. From initiation of the project all the way through to completion of the assessment Phestos Ltd (Manos) far exceeded my expectations for the following reasons: Very clear and comprehensive set of deliverables provided by Phestos prior to project start, very competitive project cost and timescales, excellent communication of progress updates throughout, in-depth final report provided containing everything required by architect, builder and building inspector, material cost optimised design recommendations and specifications provided. I genuinely cannot recommend Phestos Ltd enough and have subsequently used their services for a second time and been delighted with the outcome of that assessment.

A quick phone call and explanation of our needs had David understating and arranging a site visit to talk through the project. They will take the project through the planning application to completion.
