I work with people that need to connect with their bodies, want to become fitter, more flexible, have more energy and live a more active enjoyable life.

I specialize in helping people relax, de-stress and unwind using sound work, yogic philosophy, breath, movement and meditation, as well as coaching running technique and personal training.

I love working with people and wanted to share my passion and experience, to provide others with the space to flourish and renew. Having worked in a stressful environment I connect with how important self care is and how one has to look after oneself in order to care and support others.

I have a wealth of experience and can connect with what is needed physically, mentally and spiritually. There are many ways to reach a given destination, but not all work for everyone. I use the tools I have learnt to tailor the best plan for what is required and will adapt to the situation as it grows and unfolds.

I will draw from personal training, yoga (hatha, yin, yoga nidra), sound healing and postural alignment to help you reach your goals.
