This will be achieved by listening to the client. It is not my goals and what I want for them but more what the client wants to achieve. I will be there to support, mentor, challenge and share my professional and life experience to ensure the client meets there goals

This might be the main goal to a have the body you always dreamed off but the real secret is not the end goal it is the small goals and achievements along the way that get us to the place we want to be!! Mini-Goals to reach the Main Goal!!!

No one day is the same. Being able to help a wide range of individuals achieve their personal goals and challenges makes for a vocation rather than a job

What inspired you to start your own business?

December 2007 I tipped the scales at over 16st. After numerous failed gym memberships and diets I had reached my lowest point mentally and physically. This was when I realised that there was no single solution that would help but that I had to change my entire life style. I have found over the years of being involved in the fitness industry that there are very few Personal Trainers who have been in a similair situation that I found myself in 2007. This was the main reason why I became a Personal Trainer where my life experience could help others to meet their goals.

To support a person to achieve their goals we firstly will both and most importantly complete a consultation session. During this we will both agree realistic goals, stratergies and divise a plan on how we will achieve goals and monitor progress. If there is something about life, things will change and so the plan will naturally change as milestones are achieved. Once the consultation is complete we will have agree on on hour training sessions with myself.
