Louise is a fantastic trainer! I spent a long time finding a PT that I felt was right for me, and was really glad when I found Louise. My training is still ongoing and I am really enjoying the programme she has created for me. I am achieving results and building confidence with her help. 100% recommend. More...

Louise is a fabulous personal trainer who always struck the right balance between pushing me and keeping my enthusiasm up. I’m no longer in Glasgow so I no longer have sessions with her. However, thanks to the great grounding that I got from her, and the enthusiasm that she instilled in me, 2.5 years later I’m still going to the gym 2-3 times a week. I have been training with Louise since August and can honestly say she has transformed me! Her programmes are tough but she never gives you anything you cant do. Her belief in you makes you work harder and push more than you ever thought possible. The changes i have seen while training with Louise aren't just physical, they're mental too! Louise is hands down the best trainer I have ever worked with and her coaching is so well explained, it all makes sense. I cannot recommend Louise enough as a trainer - she's the best!!! More...

Louise is an absolutely amazing trainer! I finished my four week course with her recently and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She listened to exactly what I was looking for and has completely changed my attitude towards the gym, a place I would always shy away from because I thought it would be intimidating. I have so much more confidence in myself and fitness ability because of Louise's training, support and positive attitude. I'm in the last month of my studies and wasn't sure whether this was the worst time to do this, but I couldn't have been more wrong. By following her programme, I feel more alert with my studies, my sleep has improved immensely and, most importantly for me, her fitness programme has become the best form of stress relief that I have ever had. Even outside of the PT sessions, Louise is always there to give you support which I greatly appreciated and found to be a truly personal touch. Although it was a short period of time with her, I've not only noticed the mental changes but the physical changes as well, even to the point that my friends and family can see a difference! I picked Louise's four week course to give myself an all-rounded introduction to fitness and nutrition and she delivered on a level I didn't think possible. I never thought I would enjoy the gym but, with Louise's training and personal coaching, it is now the part of my day I look forward to most. Once I return from holiday, I plan to go back to Louise as soon as I can! More...

Can’t recommend Louise highly enough! I trained with her before my wedding and the difference it made to how I looked and felt (physically and mentally) was absolutely amazing. She is so encouraging and really knows how to tailor training for your ability, but also show you how to achieve more than you thought you were capable of. Unfortunately I have moved away from Glasgow otherwise I would 100% still be training with her! More...

I trained with Louise from around March - August 2017, so this review is long overdue! I have had a few personal trainers in the past, but none of them even come close in comparison to Louise. Louise was attentive from the start, listened closely to my goals and designed a robust training plan which complemented those goals amazingly. She adjusted the plan to work around injuries...and I am convinced that the adjustments helped to rehabilitate a shoulder injury from which now i am pain free! Not only did I see physical improvements but also felt mentally better after working out with her guidance. In short, I can't recommend Louise enough! More...
