Michael is brilliant! Long term back and shoulder pain after an injury was making simple movements and work difficult, but after just one session he had help me shift the sharp pains and made day to day activities easier. Will definitely be having a second session. More...

Michael was amazing in getting me motivated to get back into the gym and has helped me get back fit in and be able to sign for Celtic. His sessions were enjoyable and he consistently pushed me further to make sure I was reaching my goals! Each week he came up with new ideas to ensure sessions were enjoyable and challenging. What made Michael even better was the nutritional advice and work outs he would give away after each session to ensure I was confident enough to carry out sessions on my own!
