My name's Dale. I’m a mobile Personal Trainer in Belshill, North Lanarkshire. I help people lose weight, get fit and feel great!
I travel to you at home, work or your local park, to provide my personal training services. 
I am based in Belshill, also able to cover areas such as Hamilton, Motherwell, East Kilbride and Glasgow.

Just finished my first 6weeks with dale and have really enjoyed it, I do normally go to gym but enjoy the new exercise I am learning love the fact that you get programmes to use on your own and also that boot camp is included, have really benefited from my sessions, thanks dale.

The boot camps which Dale runs are great value for money and I don’t dread going as he makes them fun and enjoyable. He pushes you without shouting at you and is always encouraging. Dale is very approachable and includes your ideas into the workouts. The group can change from week to week but the team work is great. Never did PT before and Dale came to the house and talked me through everything. There was no pressure to book there and then which I found really honest and transparent. I then booked a 6 week block and have loved every minute. Knowing I have an appointment really makes me go to this every week. I see the difference physically and I have felt motivated to excerise out with these sessions. Dale pushes me during my sessions but I feel I can be honest on my weaker areas which he quickly alters my plan. He also provides me with an online app plan for the gym and home within hours of mentioning it. Super quick service. I have just finished my 2nd block and will be booking another. I have just finished 6 weeks with Dale and loved the sessions! I have always been into fitness, even as a child but recently I'd lost a bit of motivation and love for the gym/exercise in general. Dale definitely helped bring my motivation and enjoyment for fitness back which is exactly what I was looking for. I recently contacted dale after seeing his post for a boot camp he is currently running, I love the fact it’s outdoors and not stuck in a sweaty gym, he’s very friendly and the time spent is good fun, a great way to exercise and join other like minded people who have the same goals, it’s hard work but he gives you that motivation you need to push yourself on, Thanks for the help and encouragement dale.

Would definitely recommend Dale. He is very flexible and personalizes your work outs to suit you and what you are trying to achieve. Doesn't let you slack either which is what you need in a trainer. Hate him at the time but you will thank him in the end when you see the results!! More...

I contacted Dale as I wanted to lose weight for my brothers wedding next year. I love the fact Dale brings the equipment to the house and also that his flexibility allows me to train at my prefered time of 6/6:30 in the morning. Dale is also a really nice guy, which makes a tough training session on an early, wet and miserable morning a bit more bearable and dare I say fun. The training sessions he adds to the app to complete on the days he is not here are easy to follow and help keep me motivated. I have recently finished my 6 week block where I lost just under a stone without having to change my diet too much. Just finished my journey with dale, leaving half a stone lighter than when i started. As with any personal training, you get out what you put in. Unfortunately for me i wasnt as dedicated as i should have been but dale was with me every step of the way trying to encourage me with positive advice, comments and an abundance of Gifs relating to our sessions haha. He put up with my mood swings and swearing at the hard exorcises in his stride, the man deserves a medal! Ive decided to leave for personal reasons but ive left 7lb lighter and gained a friend! After being unable to lift my grandson on his 4th birthday I knew I needed to do something about it. I searched online to find a personal trainer who could work with someone with physical ailments like myself. I contacted Dale, and we met up to discuss my options. After agreeing to a plan we have been working weekly for over a year now. I am extremely grateful to have found Dale. After approximately 6 months of training, I mentioned I would like to lose weight which we have been working on for the last 6 months . I have not only become very fit (compared to the way I was at the beginning), I have also lost 20 pounds in weight. Well where do I start.....Took ill last year that left me with reduced capacity in both lungs, feeling really low and not liking myself very much. .decided to do something about it and booked a consult with Dale..THE BEST DECEISION I HAVE MADE, after 6 weeks I feel better stronger and fitter, so much so I booked an extra session per week.I dreaded a Wednesday night for my workout but now I really enjoy them. I contacted Dale after being recommend by a friend his training is perfect for me, Dale works around my schedule comes right to my door with all the exquipment. The apps are helpful to train on my own. Dale’s very easy going and approachable, listens to what your looking for from the training anything you don’t like is dropped and an alternative is produced. After the first session with Dale, I got a lot of informative information in each of the exercise clearly. Moreover, I feel motivated to go to the gym again after feeling having to go the gym was quite a mundane routine. Dale turned up with his bright smile, supporting and motivating the participants of the 5K Bubble Rush. Keeping our participants going throughout and giving them a helping hand at the finish line. After being involved in a terrible life changing car crash 2 years my mobility, stamina and self worth was at an all time low, so as I started to get a little more mobile I wanted to do something to make me feel more like ‘me’ again but knew I couldn’t do leg work so wasn’t sure how PT would work for me. I contacted Dale and we met to explain my circumstances and Dale was able to make a plan around my mobility challenges. My main goals were to feel fitter again, build my stamina (to geo with my walking etc) and to generally feel better about myself. After only a few weeks I felt the difference and now after 10 weeks or so, I feel my initial goals haven’t been met. In the past, even though I did exercise such running and load training everyday without a specified plan, I hardly lost weight . It is so kind of Dale to help me to make plan and specified exercise program which are suitable for me. Also, he figured out the problem on my diet and gave me some suggestions. I have Dale as my Personal Trainer and I decided to use him as I attended his Bootcamp in Paisley which was hard work but great fun. He is very enthusiastic and knowledgable and this helps to motivate and keep me on track. His online programme is easy to use and really helps when you are continunuing your training at home, reminding you of your posture. He varies the programme as you improve so you see definite progress. Highly recommend him if you are needing motivation and training. More...

I was a bit dubious about doing personal training online to start with, but I couldn't have been more wrong. Dale made the sessions fun and interesting and provided clear instruction on how to do each exercise. We had regular online meetings to discuss my progress and he was always on hand if I had any questions. I feel so lucky to have found Dale. He is truly a excellent trainer and I really enjoy every session. Due to my health I was unable to undertake strenuous exercise. When I first started I would never thought that I could do all the exercises. Dale tailerod the sessions to meet my specific needs. Dale makes always sure that there is no risk of damage.He clearly put a lot time and work into designing the sessions which are full of variety and a lot of fun. I really enjoy my weekly hour of PT, it is hard work and the sessions are tailored and adapted to my ability and preferences. With such good instruction, my balance and strength seem to improve weekly. Dale also has in-depth anatomical knowledge and has adfitionally devised daily routines of exercise and stretching for me to use. Both Laura and I attended Dale’s Bootcamp last year and found the whole experience fun and enjoyable; even though our muscles knew they had a workout at the end of each session. All the activities or games were short and worked different parts of the body, therefore at the end you know you have worked muscles in all areas of your body.I remember one of Dale’s warm up games, was “catch the tail”, left us breathless, sweaty and laughing so much, and that was just the start. As a large lady the idea of gyms fill me with dread however Dale has made the world of difference to how I feel about the whole process of getting fitter and losing weight. I went to netball this afternoon for my usual netball class and Dale was doing the warm up. We did a few different game exercises which were good fun. We played dodge ball to start then chain tig and then did exercises with a ball to stretch.Dale gave very clear instructions and was very helpful throughout his warm up. I have just completed 6 weeks of fun and fitness with Dale. He helped me recognise my abilities and helped me to take them further, with a variety of exercises. Dale encouraged me with the right amount of appreciated firmness to keep me on track. There was also much laughter. I now have a plan to follow devised by Dale and we will keep in touch, so as I improve the plan will evolve to suit. This might be the main goal to a have the body you always dreamed off but the real secret is not the end goal it is the small goals and achievements along the way that get us to the place we want to be!! Mini-Goals to reach the Main Goal!!!

No one day is the same. Being able to help a wide range of individuals achieve their personal goals and challenges makes for a vocation rather than a job

December 2007 I tipped the scales at over 16st. After numerous failed gym memberships and diets I had reached my lowest point mentally and physically. This was when I realised that there was no single solution that would help but that I had to change my entire life style. I have found over the years of being involved in the fitness industry that there are very few Personal Trainers who have been in a similair situation that I found myself in 2007. This was the main reason why I became a Personal Trainer where my life experience could help others to meet their goals.

To support a person to achieve their goals we firstly will both and most importantly complete a consultation session. During this we will both agree realistic goals, stratergies and divise a plan on how we will achieve goals and monitor progress. If there is something about life, things will change and so the plan will naturally change as milestones are achieved. Once the consultation is complete we will have agree on on hour training sessions with myself.
