Been going to Mark for almost 3 months now and my results have been mind blowing. I’ve dropped 3 dress sizes and on track to hit my yearly goal in hopefully less than half of a year. Come on!!

Went to Mark after lockdown as I wasn’t at my best physically or mentally. He helped me get back to feeling myself again and it benefits to far beyond losing weight, I feel back to my confident self and enjoying my life again without beating myself up mentally. I have just finished my 8th week training with Mark. I have just recovered from 2 slipped discs in my lower back and 2 massive operations on my spine at my neck to stop me being paralysed.
I had terrible balance & movement and no fitness and hadn't used most of the machines in the gym.

I now have a strong core, strong legs and feel so much better with no constant pain.
I dont trip up or have issues at work and for 3 weeks I haven't had to wear my back brace which I had to wear every day normally.

Mark is very knowledgeable and finds it easy to help and work around any niggles or underlying injuries which helped put my mind at ease.

I will be continuing my work with Mark as I look forward to working out now.

I started training with Mark having a bit of fitness and nutritional knowledge behind me but not a great deal.
Mark set me up with a nutrition plan to support my goal of strength and conditioning. He also set me up with a workout plan and regime to follow. All of which is controlled through an easy to use app.
Mark's PT style is great, really helpful and informative. Mark's supported me greatly and he keeps me motivated to hit the targets that we set at the start of the programme and start of each week. For anyone of any fitness level or goal I would definitely reccomend PT with Mark.

I went into the gym with no clue how to use or do anything, I had no plan or routine. After my first session with Mark I already felt much more confident in the gym! I would recommend Mark to everyone. I had tried so many times before on my own with no results not knowing what I’m doing etc. Getting a personal trainer has been this best thing I’ve done. He works to your personal needs / goals, gives you the workouts & nutrition to get those goals. In only 8 weeks of being training with mark I see a massive difference in my body shape, body fat % has dropped, muscle gains… i couldn’t be happier.

I focus on making the process of hitting those goals as easy as possible to understand. I offer a detailed service where we break down your goals into weekly tasks, making sure we're constantly focusing on your training and nutritional requirements.

- Weekly check-ins: this ensures your hitting those weekly goals and allows us to makes changes if need be.
- Track Our Training: Access to my App, allows you to log every session so we know we're progressing.
- Track Our Nutrition: Access to recipes of healthy food options aimed so we're hitting our nutritional requirements.

I've been studying and relearning Health, Fitness and Exercise for the best part of 5 years and knew that this is what I wanted to do the rest of my life. I was able to transform myself from being Insecure, unfit and unmotivated to Healthy, Confident and the best shape of my life. During the process of doing this, I learned I could help others and this is what led me here.

I am always looking to further improve my knowledge and services. Most of my clients have stayed with me over the past 3 years because as much as they are improving so am i. Personal Training is more than just getting fit and achieving your fitness goals, it's also a change of lifestyle that's maintainable and fun.

I offer online coaching and personal training, for anyone interested, I would advise start off with personal training and once you've got a good foundation then progress to online coaching.

I work in New Age Fitness, Coatbridge. Has measures in place to keep everyone safe:
- All equipment 2 meters apart.
- All equipment cleaned before and after use.
- Face mask need to be worn when walking to and from equipment. You are allowed to take it off when exercising.

I try to offer my client the best service i can provide through helping them with structured training, nutrition and programming. The common problem i face with most of my clients is training with confidence in the gym and confidence in performing exercises. Personal Training is more than just putting someone through a good work out, i help my client build good habits and break down a structured plan that’ll suit their lifestyle. All this is accessible through my app. You can track your weight, food intake, training sessions, daily habits, recipes and videos to all exercise.
