I am a fun and friendly PT and I love to motivate people in a judgment-free environment. I will devise a tailor-made fitness plan taking into account your current level of fitness, your goals and how quickly you want to get there.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
A healthy diet, regular exercise and the support of an excellent personal trainer :)

I love helping people live a healthier life and there is nothing better than seeing the improvement in my clients

I love the freedom this gives me and the opportunity to meet so many lovely new people
