We also use Canadian Red Cedar which is a premium quality material for the claddign whereas others will use cheaper Siberian Larch, we also oil the wood once installed to offer protection against the elements.

We couldn’t vouch any more for this company removing our Roof under the tin hat where they was weathered every single day really helped to get the project completed quicker . The team was very easy to get along with very polite, very friendly. There was a site foreman on site every single day looking after all the workers and making sure all the targets was hit on time. They was not the cheapest we must say, but their quality of work was through the roof and we would love to work with the team again in the future.

Modern Loft Rooms was recommended by one of our friends they done a Loft conversion for and we was very happy with their work. We did see some negative reviews on Trust Pilote but it was nothing to worry about for us as our friends have already worked with them so we’ve gave them a chance . The team started on day one and was on the project for six weeks every single day they delivered exactly what they said they would and their work is outstanding. They had a labourer cleaning up every single day to make sure everything was cleaned down and our drive was clear so we can park our cars Very honest people who care more for their clients so if you are looking to use anyone this company is for you
