As a newbie to triathlon I had no idea where to start for an Ironman-distance event. Neil reassured me, scheduled manageable yet progressive training sessions and coached me through my first triathlon (which, incidentally, I qualified for GB Age Group) and on then to smash through all targets I’d ever dared to dream of for my very first long distance triathlon.
