Simon from CPS In-Motion is a very professional yet approachable coach/trainer. His methods are very scientific and specific with promising result very quickly noticeable. He listens to your requirements and constructs the sessions brilliantly to match time/commitments/ability. He adapts sessions readily to account for injury/holidays, etc... and provides indepth answers to any questions asked. The best coach I have ever had.

As a newbie to triathlon I had no idea where to start for an Ironman-distance event. Neil reassured me, scheduled manageable yet progressive training sessions and coached me through my first triathlon (which, incidentally, I qualified for GB Age Group) and on then to smash through all targets I’d ever dared to dream of for my very first long distance triathlon. I would not have been able to do either of these without his advice and expertise and for this I will be eternally grateful; thank you.

I wanted to see what my running lactate threshold really was, since most measures are just proxies. Simon is a consummate professional who made the process fun and exciting, and gave a detailed analysis and training suggestions afterwards. I certainly intend to work with Simon again.
