I want to acknowledge that Brian’s work has been spectacular. After having countless tests, countless exams, countless studies on my stomach. After an endoscopy, after visits to the primary doctor for blood tests, even thyroid tests, gluten tests, lactose tests—I also was seeing the gastroenterologist, visiting and checking my stomach situation. No one could come up with a good diagnosis. I was in the ER three times for the same pain, and the only thing they told me was that it was a gas buildup, but no one helped me identify what was causing it and what the cause of my pain was. It was an extremely horrible pain, and since I started with Brian, with the studies on food, I was able to understand not only how important it is to eat well, to nourish myself well, but also to identify what things I was doing wrong, what things my body was rejecting, and how my stomach and digestion work. The main problem was my digestion, but Brian made sure to help and educate me on how to address this problem, and I’m super happy. Thank you so much. I can eat well, I can move, do exercise without worrying about my stomach inflammation and pain. Thank you again!

I had a great experience working with Brian. I came in already very active and didn’t have a lot of extra weight to lose, so I wasn’t sure how much of a difference nutrition coaching would really make—but he proved me wrong. He took the time to understand my goals and helped me find a sustainable way to properly fuel my body, especially with the demands of CrossFit. Instead of pushing restrictive dieting, he taught me how to build balanced meals that kept my energy up without feeling like I was starving all the time. His approach was practical and realistic, which made it easy to stay consistent even with my 9-5. Even starting from a pretty lean baseline, I was able to lose 10 pounds while feeling stronger, more energized, and better fueled during workouts. I would definitely recommend Brian to anyone who has struggled to lose weight and looking for someone to educate and motivate.
