Flooring Scotland were a joy to work with. They arrived promptly to assess the job, a new bathroom floor to replace the existing floor that had been damaged by a water leak, and Ian provided a very reasonable quote very promptly, which we accepted. Within a few days Graham carried out the work in a very polite and friendly manner. He checked in with us regularly to make sure he was doing what we expected. Once finished he cleared everything up and we are delighted with the completed job

We've just purchased some window curtains from James Birch for our pub in Manchester. The customer service was really good. Would be happy to use them again and would recommend them to others.
