What do you love most about your job?

A highly experienced professional with over 22 years of service in the military and a strong academic foundation in child forensic studies and law (MSc), complemented by a Level 5 Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). Skilled in working with victims of domestic violence, abused children, and violent offenders, with a proven track record of delivering impactful interventions that promote behavioural change and personal growth.
For the past four years, I have specialised in offender rehabilitation, helping individuals recognise the consequences of their actions on themselves, their partners, and their children. I am passionate about facilitating transformative “light bulb” moments, empowering clients to resolve underlying issues and build healthier relationships. My expertise extends to substance misuse, self-esteem, confidence building, and managing parental conflict, underpinned by a trauma-informed and evidence-based approach.
Recognised for resilience, empathy, and the ability to engage with complex cases, I bring a unique blend of practical experience and academic insight to roles focused on safeguarding, rehabilitation, and psychological wellbeing.

What inspired you to start your own business?

Starting my own business was driven by a deep passion for helping people change their lives. After 22 years in the military and extensive experience working with victims of domestic violence, abused children, and violent offenders, I wanted the freedom to create services that truly reflect my values. Launching my own business allows me to fill gaps in support, offer tailored interventions, and make a broader impact on individuals, families, and communities.

Why should our clients choose you?

I provide a safe, supportive space where you can feel relaxed and truly heard. My approach is centred on trust, empathy, and respect, ensuring you feel comfortable to open up about what matters most to you. Rather than offering quick advice, I equip you with practical, evidence-based tools and reflect your thoughts back to you, helping you gain clarity and discover new perspectives.
I listen deeply—not only to what you say, but also to what remains unsaid—identifying patterns in your words, body language, and mannerisms. This allows us to uncover insights that lead to meaningful change. I am approachable, consistent, and easy to talk to, so you’ll never feel judged or uncertain during our sessions.
I believe in every person I work with and offer unconditional positive regard, respecting your privacy at all times within professional boundaries. My goal is to empower you to experience those transformative “lightbulb moments” where you realise your own strength and ability to overcome challenges.
If you’re looking for someone who is reliable, compassionate, and committed to helping you achieve lasting change, you’ve come to the right place.

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.

If local I can be flexible to meet face to face, but also online or telephone if the person is more comfortable with that.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

I am up to date with my injections and will always wear PPE if required to do so.
