I couldn’t recommend Lyanne highly enough. Lyanne has helped me so much with my pain that I have had for so long. Lyanne was welcoming, made me feel very comfortable and took the time to listen to me. I also couldn’t believe how well and quickly the hypnosis worked. I would highly recommend Lyanne and this treatment

I have known Tracy for 20 years. She trained as a Cousellor in the last 10 years and having had her own life experiences has progressed into a brilliant Counsellor. The attachment theory she bases her sessions on are outstanding. She specialises in bereavement, all forms of relationship blockages and helps people unblock their pathway to profession in a positive way. I can highly recommend this type of counselling for anyone as you do not need to wait for a crisis to occur. Tracy is absolutely brilliant at helping people see the way to unblock any obstacles. Superb and worth every penny.

Due to the cutrent situation although I am offering online counselling I am very aware of the difference face to face can make . Because I feel it’s important to try and support people this way , I have had made a large see through screen which will allow this but also keep each other safe, with the added safety of hand gel and anti bacteria spray for door handles and chair arms etc and ensuring distance when arriving Hopefully this will allow reassurance and support for those who need it ❤️

“I can help people with physical problems for example aches and pains to chronic ailments also with emotional problems like stress, anxiety even addictions. This will give them inner peace and even mental clarity. They can have a series of treatments to help them resolve their issues or they can even learn it for themselves it is called Pranic Healing”.

Just finished an amazing weekend course - Paul Mills is a patient teacher and whilst on the course he did some healing on me, which I feel was extremely helpful to my health. Learning how to clear and revitalise energy is so useful in our lives. Having the tools to help my family with different emotions and ailments through pranic healing will be invaluable. It's simple techniques used in different ways but powerful so that is why it isn't taught other than on a proper course. Very enjoyable. Thank you Paul and Miiko xx

I understand that sometimes life can be tough, full of problems and issues that you just can’t cope with anymore and turning to family or friends for help just isn’t an option. It can feel a little frightening acknowledging to yourself that you want or need to speak to a counsellor, so taking this first step can be an incredibly hard thing to do and I appreciate the effort it might have taken to get this far.

Before I saw Polly, life was pretty unbearable. My problem never seemed to go away and I found going to work very difficult to cope with. I put on a brave face to everyone I knew but I felt so low that I couldn’t tell them how I really felt. It was really hard to try and find someone I could talk to.
I had never had counselling before so when I first met Polly I didn’t know what to expect. I wasn’t sure it would work. I was really nervous when I went to my first session and I was very emotional but she made me feel comfortable and accepted, and gradually I felt relaxed enough to open up. Polly helped me in that first session just by being welcoming, caring and she really listened to me. I felt she was there just for me and she wasn’t going to judge me or make me feel a burden telling her all about my problems and why I was feeling so low.
After a few weeks going to see Polly I felt a change in how I felt about myself. The negative thoughts that had taken over my life were starting to get less. She helped me to understand why I felt the way I did and slowly I started to feel stronger and my low mood lifted. I felt more connected with the people in my life I cared about and at work I didn’t feel as stressed.
Finding a counsellor like Polly was the best thing I ever did and I only wish I had started counselling sooner. She helped me to see that I could make changes in my life to get me back on track and start feeling like myself again. I don’t think I could have managed this on my own.

It has been my privilege to work with many clients over the years providing solutions to relieve symptoms arising from life’s challenges as well as offering positive life drivers. Some clients become ‘free’ of their problems in one or two sessions, others have several issues to tackle – in any case a solution can be yours. BEGIN If you are feeling emotionally debilitated, unable to focus, tormented by the past or you are coping with “Life-quake” consequences, I can help you resolve the issues you face.

I have decided to search for help, when I noticed my unhealthy jealousy in relationship. I didn’t know how to deal with it.
I am 100% confident to say that without Mark I wouldn’t get over this and wouldn’t be able to move forward (me as a person as well as in my current relationship)
I was really worried about my first session as I’ve never had therapy before but Mark made me feel really relaxed, calm and I felt like I could tell him anything without any worries.
Mark is a great listener with kind and calm approach. He is really experienced and he does challenge your mind in a way I can't even explain. He has changed my thinking about myself, my life, my family. I feel truly happy right now, which I couldn’t say 6 months ago.
I cannot recommend Mark enough !
Thank you again
Nikola

My passion in life is about empowering others to achieve their full potential. I gain a huge amount of fulfilment in working with clients to take steps towards a happier and more productive future and enjoy the challenge of working with individuals from all different walks of life.
I was inspired to start my own business initial due to my own personal journey of personal growth. I saw first hand the impact of questioning my belief systems and breaking negative mindsets. I also was inspired to start working with children after my daughter faced her own trauma in terms of a life limiting medical diagnosis so educating myself in terms of working with children was first hand to support my daughter to my full potential then secondly to use those same principles in order to support others.
I am extremely passionate about what I do. To me this is more than just a career, I am not striving for financial success, as this is not my drive. I left a highly paid role in Project Management so that I could pursue my passion and make an impact. I believe we all have the ability to choose freedom, to make choices and to make steps towards achieving our goals and overcoming the barriers in our live. I feel you can spend years training, knowing the theory behind the practice, but unless you have walked this path personally and come out the other side that you are not in a position to fully understand and to assist and support to the highest level. I believe my personal background adds to my experience and qualifications and gives me the advantage in terms of being fully able to support others.
How much do Therapists cost?
This will vary according to the level of experience and training that the therapist holds.
This will depend on where you live, what level of training your therapist has and what they specialise in (whether they are a counsellor, psychotherapist or psychologist) and also how many years of working experience they have.
Your professional therapist will be able to advise you on the full range of therapies available and will be able to help you select the best one to suit your needs. They will also be able to answer any questions you may have. Use Bark to get free quotes and find a trusted therapist today.
How do I find the right Therapist?
You need to devote some time to finding the right therapist as the connection you have with your therapist is essential. You need someone who you can trust, someone you feel comfortable talking to about difficult subjects and intimate secrets, someone who will be a partner in your recovery. Therapy will not be effective unless you have this bond, so take some time in the beginning to find the right person.
It is worth talking to a few potential therapists and asking questions. Therapists also have special areas of focus, such as depression or eating disorders. For some issues, such as trauma or PTSD, seeing a specialist is absolutely essential.
How many sessions of Therapy will I need?
Everyone’s treatment is different. How long your therapy lasts depends on many factors.
You may be offered a single session of counselling, a short course of sessions over a few weeks or months or a longer course that lasts for several months or years.
It can take a number of sessions before you start to see progress but you should gradually start to feel better with the help and support of your trusted Bark therapist.
What should I look for in a Therapist?
Professional counsellor training takes three to five years and can be a diploma or degree level. Qualification requires a minimum number of client hours acquired through a work placement.
You may also want to ask for testimonials of their recent work. You could also look at their profile page on Bark and Bark can show you reviews from past customers who have used their therapy.
What are the benefits of Therapy?
Therapy has repeatedly and consistently helped patients with a whole host of issues. It can help with mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety or an eating disorder. Or it can help with an upsetting physical health condition such as infertility, a difficult life event such as a bereavement or a relationship breakdown. It can also be used to tackle difficult emotions such as low self-esteem, anger or sexual identity issues. Therapists also offer couples therapy. Therapists can also help with anxiety issues deriving from the coronavirus.
Can I get a Therapist online?
Absolutely! Many therapists offer sessions over the phone or through an online video chat platform, so you can have a session from the comfort of your own home - all you need is a strong internet connection and you're good to go.
