First let me say that other than sporadic vists to the gym over some years I had stoppped going at all.
I am older and I had lost a lot of my flexibilty and and the sterngth in my arms legs and back had certainly diminished,
I decided to get a personal trainer and luckily it turned out to be Carter.
We started from scratch in March. Carter tailored the exercises to my abilities and in the 6 months since I have regained huge flexibility -- so much strength in my arms and legs and I do exercises I never thought I could do.
Carter is very encouraging and gives praise where due but also makes you work hard.which I appreciate.,
He is friendly,patient and soimething I think very inportant he explains what muscles and parts of the body are being helped by the individual exercises ,
