My wife and I did a 2-person package through Send Me a Trainer, and it was a great one-year experience. We both learned a lot of solid workout techniques and stayed motivated together. Our trainer, Cameron, also taught us boxing and mixed in other practical exercises that helped us build real strength in a fun way. The BEST decision!!! I was struggling with health issues and motivation. I was terrified to start something I might not want to finish. At the same time I knew it was critical to start doing something. I'm so glad I did! I train with weights 2 says a week and do Zumba 1 day a week. Ricardo and Ayda are amazing! They are very aware of my health history, limitations, and strengths. My workouts are fun, challenging, and extremely effective. Both my physical and mental health have improved and my doctor is shocked at the difference in me. I hate the gym, but I know it’s good for you. Training with Gen makes it fun He is so knowledgeable he can help me get strong enough to do the monkey bars with my grandson (something I never could do back then) or heal from an injury I look forward to my weekly workout it’s fun and keeps me fit and young
