I was very sceptical about getting a trainer, I thought I would be able to do it all and was doing fine. I have alot of back issues so needed to strengthen my core. Shapeshifter fitness were a pleasant surprise! they showed me actually what I needed to do achieve my goal and my back has been improving hugely. very friendly and fun sessions. More...

I help clients enjoy the process and focussing on their goals. I know from personal experience how hard exercise can be if it feels like a chore and some of the diets that I've seen have also made eating a chore, but it really doesn't have to be like that!
I work with clients and make sure that we focus on the things you enjoy and build the rest around that as long as it gets you to your goals. I want clients to learn what and why we are doing and clients to look forward to each session, cause I know I do!

Keeping a focus on what and why you want it! The secret is hopefully becoming less of a secret - nutrition and exercise. Get these 2 correct and you will achieve your goal in a safe and sustainable way.
You can still have that night out and that treat, its finding a balance and working hard in the gym or home workouts and you'll get there!

I love the change in people as they start to change shape towards their specified goal. I love that added confidence people get as they start to change. I think for me that's the most satisfying part of the job.

The freedom to help anyone who wanted help, rather than just focus on those attending a specific gym was a major draw to starting my own business.

Because they will hit their goals and is so fun it wont feel like a chore! Getting in shape is an enjoyable journey, and I do my best to make it so.

Padwork that increases hand eye coordination, increases confidence and burns calories! Great stress busting workouts.

We can all use a strength boost at some time. Whether your struggling with daily activities, need that extra strength to play with the kids or a recurring condition, that when it arrives leaves you feeling like a kitten. We can help build up your strength so it’s no longer an issue.

Have a friend or a partner that you want to train with and share the same fitness goal? Invite a friend or partner at no extra cost. Maximum 3 people and then the price rises by 15% per additional person.

Losing weight can be challenging. Changing eating habits all at once, embarking on an exercise programme and “feeling the burn” can be difficult to sustain. At Shapeshifter Fitness we are only interested in sustainable weightloss that leaves you in great shape for the rest of your life. We teach you how you can still enjoy your favourite foods as part of your diet and focus on exercises and a programme that you actually enjoy to leave you in the best shape of your life.
