Stress-Less FC is a holistic health and wellness platform built for every individual to build a true sense of health. It came from the story of our Founder Michael Adu and his amazing story of personal, physical and mental growth, Using his techniques, Stress-Less was formed and has helped hundreds of people improve their mental, physical and nutritional health.

Working on the 3 aspects of health:

Physical health-
Effective movement can be overlooked in our current society. Gyms are bombarded with stationary equipment and ineffective workout methods.
Every exercise is a movement and our job is to perform the movement with least risk of injury and maximum efficiency.
At Stress-Less, we work on relative strength (strength in comparison to weight), flexibility and mobility, as we feel this is what underpins longevity in movement and performance.

Mental Health:
The mind is like a muscle. It needs to be work or you start to lose it, but not overworked or you will have a detrimental impact (over-training). The same applies to your mind.
If we are constantly using our mind (thinking, stressed, planning etc), we are constantly exercising it, not giving it time to rest and get stronger. If this prolongs, then you become more susceptible to mental wellness issues.
At Stress-Less, we look to restore mental balance by stress management, breathing techniques and meditation.

Nutritional Health:
The definition of food is any substance taken into and assimilated by a plant or animal to keep it alive and enable it to grow and repair tissue.
The sad truth is that most of the things we eat today are killing us and affecting how our healthy tissue grow.
Getting the formula right with your food is an individual thing as no two people are the same. At Stress-Less, we aid you in finding the ideal nutritional routine for you with our nutrition protocols and advice.

I love seeing the transformation in someone when they live the life they choose. I love when people are empowered to make the correct choices for them and for the health and well-being.

My personal battle with mental health.

Exercise for me was my physical representation that anything can be achieved with dedication, consistency and hard work. I then transferred that philosophy to other areas on my life and watched my life change completely. I created a system which could be taught to people and my company was born.

Effective Health is a holistic development. It is more than physical aesthetic appearance, it is more than what you consume nutritionally and is more than your mental well-being. It is a combination of all three: The Mind (Mood), Nutrition (Food) and The Body (Move).
