I have been into fitness since a young age, coming from an active family, initially focusing on cardiovascular-based fitness, advancing to weightlifting and I have become more and more invested in it.

I pride myself on finding new ways of training and also how to manipulate different muscle groups. I think this is important as it helps me grow as a trainer in an ever-changing industry. It is also a big part of my enjoyment as it allows me to make adjustments to my client's sessions to keep them engaged. Following the same workouts and routines can become a chore so one of my goals as a personal trainer is to keep you motivated on your goals.

The training I offer tends to be a combination of Strength and Condition, HIIT training (high intensity), Calisthenics (body-weight exercise) and powerlifting. I am also big on cardio workouts in my sessions as I know the importance of the cardiovascular system, as well as the benefits of training in general - especially for weight loss.
