Michaela's Pilates

I have fibromyalgia and haven't found a class of any kind of exercise that doesn't make my condition flare up. I have done two classes flare-free and thoroughly enjoyed them AND as a bonus had the best night's sleep I get all week after them. Michaela is a brilliant instructor who made me feel immediately comfortable and she has a great sense of humour which helps get through some of the exercises my body struggles with at the moment. Michaela was my Pilates instructor in Helsinki for 5 years. I will miss her warmth and professionalism very much. I think what I appreciated most about her classes was that every lesson was unique. She is constantly learning how to improve and change her teaching methods. For a student who easily becomes bored, this was a strength that made me stick with it and look forward to each class. A wonderful Pilates teacher focusing on needs of women of all ages. With a charm all of her own, articulate, patient, empathetic and with a thorough grasp of all aspects of Pilates know-how, Michaela with her delightful sense of humour and inclusiveness is by far my favourite Pilates teacher, having had quite a few in different countries.
