23 hours ago I signed up for Andrews fitness classes a few weeks ago after seeing it on Facebook. I’ve put on a few pounds and got really unfit through lockdown and I do have a gym membership but can never get myself motivated to go. Andy’s classes are brilliant. They’re high intensity but he gives you different/easier options so you can start at a low level and build it up to suit your fitness level. Andrew Is really nice and encourages you and I don’t feel like a failure for not being able to do as much as others in the class, he gave me loads of really helpful advice about my diet and nutrition and being outside for the classes is really nice. Every time I do a class it gets a bit easier and I really enjoy it! Everyone in the class is super friendly and encouraging too. I’ve actually cancelled my gym membership and I’m just going to do this. I honestly can’t recommend it enough if you want to get fit but don’t know where to start or how to get motivated :)

I first sat down with Joey before xmas and discussed starting PT with her - after bad experiences elsewhere - by the end of that meeting, i was impressed with her knowledge, empathy and desire to help me - i walked away beaming and thinking no one better could train me and wanted to start right away
i then had xmas away and started in Jan - with a promise from her - training wil be fun but i will ache! She was not kidding - while she is lovely, sweet and supportive - even way from sessions ( where nothing is to much trouble) she is brutal and a hard task master - but it gets results - 1/2 stone gone already in a month which is down to her pushing me =)
No two sessions are the same, they are fun but hard work - when i struggle with something or feel i cant do it - i am pushed to do it - such as with comments " tough" it helps a lot and she knows what she doing and as before xmas - when i said i wouldnt want to train with anyone else - this is becoming more true as i get to know her
Further she is respectful and treats me with respect and as a human being
Anyone reading this - may be worth giving her a go - while the sessions may be hard work she will get you results and make you feel better about your self =)
