I am a Sheffield based mobile personal trainer where I bring the gym to you.

Sessions can be held either in your home (space the size of a gym mat required), your garden, an outdoor space such as a park or sessions can be held through Zoom, which is becoming more and more popular.

Completed 6 weeks beginner PT sessions with Andy. In the beginning, I was a very much "allergic to exercise" kind of person and did not have a clue about any exercises or the terminologies surrounding exercises. Andy has eased me into the world of exercises...he is very professional, patient and also persuades me to reach my limits and beyond into the world of exercises. I love the aspect of having an app in which Andy has set personalised exercises, with very clear instructions, for me to completed throughout the week. Andy also advised me with my nutritional intake goals. From being sedentary 6 weeks ago, I am now able to do training 3 times a week from the comfort of my own home. I choose to go with Andy due to the fact that he is mobile and can travel to your own place. He is a great motivator and a genuinely nice person. I look forward to continuing training with Andy to achieve my goals. More...

Started these classes with Andy after moving to the area .......so glad I did. Classes are set at a good pace and he always shows alternatives for different fitness levels. Everyone is friendly and supportive that attends. Andy is not judgemental and constantly encourages us to get the best from the classes. Would highly recommend anyone who is wanting a good workout without the stress of the gym to join 🙂 More...

23 hours ago I signed up for Andrews fitness classes a few weeks ago after seeing it on Facebook. I’ve put on a few pounds and got really unfit through lockdown and I do have a gym membership but can never get myself motivated to go. Andy’s classes are brilliant. They’re high intensity but he gives you different/easier options so you can start at a low level and build it up to suit your fitness level. Andrew Is really nice and encourages you and I don’t feel like a failure for not being able to do as much as others in the class, he gave me loads of really helpful advice about my diet and nutrition and being outside for the classes is really nice. Every time I do a class it gets a bit easier and I really enjoy it! Everyone in the class is super friendly and encouraging too. I’ve actually cancelled my gym membership and I’m just going to do this. I honestly can’t recommend it enough if you want to get fit but don’t know where to start or how to get motivated :) More...

There's no getting around this....... Hard work. Not everyone is after a body of their dreams though. Some people are content with being more active or reducing the amount of food and drink they consume which in turn can help with body composition.

Getting clients to their desired results. I'm in the results business so is important that I can get people to where ever their goals may be.

I'm in my 40's with a few years experience. I'm a good listener and love to make my clients feel good about themselves.
