Where to start ! Before working with Kadeem on my fitness goals I had a real phobia of gyms - very self conscious that people would be looking at me - thinking - that girl hasn’t got a clue . Kadeem put me at ease straight away and now I can go into the gym and follow my own work out ! My focus was on getting stronger - not cardio - but since training with him I have hit PB on my runs . This is due to the strength I have gained from all the squats and strength training .You can tell he knows his stuff and has a degree in sports . He is a great PT / therapist because after I see him I always happier and stronger mentally . I can jump on a box - I can do squats , Romanian dead lift ,bench press , bent over row and lots of other things I can’t even remember and thanks to the patience he has demonstrated in the hour sessions we have . Would I recommend him - without a doubt - he is bloody brilliant !!

I honestly can't imagine how I would have felt if I hadn’t come in that day and started exercising with you.
I was really scared to go for my induction and I didn't know what to expect. However, instead, I was welcomed with a smiling face and a professional friendly personality! You still intimated me though because you were soo fit and I felt like a sack of potatoes compared to you but you were so friendly, and it put me at ease.
What was great about our sessions was that you didn't make me feel bad about not being the best at something. My single leg stability was a mess, and now it's not as much of a mess. you made working out fun, with your positivity and your one-liners!

23 hours ago I signed up for Andrews fitness classes a few weeks ago after seeing it on Facebook. I’ve put on a few pounds and got really unfit through lockdown and I do have a gym membership but can never get myself motivated to go. Andy’s classes are brilliant. They’re high intensity but he gives you different/easier options so you can start at a low level and build it up to suit your fitness level. Andrew Is really nice and encourages you and I don’t feel like a failure for not being able to do as much as others in the class, he gave me loads of really helpful advice about my diet and nutrition and being outside for the classes is really nice. Every time I do a class it gets a bit easier and I really enjoy it! Everyone in the class is super friendly and encouraging too. I’ve actually cancelled my gym membership and I’m just going to do this. I honestly can’t recommend it enough if you want to get fit but don’t know where to start or how to get motivated :)
