I’ve been doing pole with Jade and Dani for just I’ve ta year and I love it! The girls are so supportive and it’s such a friendly comfortable environment. My strength and confidence has grown and I can’t wait to keep seeing what I can achieve! Thank you
I've been training with Luke Levitt at The LLPT Fitness Collective since it opened. The studio is bright and airy and a great place to train. The Small Group Training is such an excellent way to start your fitness journey I have encouraged my three daughters to join. The addition of Core Nutritions Supplement Store, The Massage Room and the soon to be addition of the Yoga Studio mean its a one stop shop for your fitness needs. I would highly recommend The Collective and its Personal Trainers Luke Levitt, Kyle Daniels and Luke Lawrence.
Excellent service staff lovely thanks what a experience

You only get one shot at life and one opportunity to take the chances that come your way. The truth is getting into shape isn’t brain surgery… all you need is a personal training program that’s fun, motivating, and an easy to follow nutrition plan and the support of your personal trainer and bingo!
My PT sessions are fun, super-effective and will have you looking and feeling 10 years younger in no time… no matter what shape you’re in right now.
I started training with Adam as a 46 year old, overweight and unfit man, knowing it was a case of get fit now or never do it. Five years later I have lost 50lbs, fit into 32" jeans and have more confidence about my fitness and physique than at any stage in my life. I have gone from a couch potato doing no exercise to running 1,000 miles over the past year, and will be doing my first ever London Marathon in 6 weeks, with a target time of 4 hours at the age of 50.The key to this transformation is Adam. He is a great personality, balancing the fun mate with the hard taskmaster, and has become a close friend. At every session over the five years he has managed to push me just that little bit more, without ever leaving me dreading it or lacking confidence that it was doable. We mostly do boxing drills, which for a bloke at least are really great fun, satisfying and confidence-building. But mixed in is a lot of running and core strength work.Give him a try, and I promise you if you actually want to achieve something, you will succeed.
