Customer service and meeting new people and make them feel at ease as i know theres alot of trades out there that dont talk or just say well it is what it is and thats not right. There are always options and all i say is communication is key and if there is a problem work with the customer with options.

No, unfortunately, our services are not online and we travel up and down the country depending on work loads.
We started after covid and we will do what ever the customer would like to stay distance away if they want or anti bacteria wipe everything. We just work along side each customer.

I needed 3 radiators replaced in my home as my current rads just weren't giving out enough heat. I called up Waqar and his team on Thursday and he agreed to come out Friday, sure enough Friday morning comes and Vakhar and Sharif show up early as agreed. They made sure to put enough rags on the floor to prevent scratches and damages to my flooring and were courteous enough to ask if they needed to take off their shoes. They began draining the system down and got to working, roughly 2 hours later the job had finished they installed the 3 radiators and removed the old, the pipe work was neat and they made sure to clean the room they worked in. They then spent an hour making sure the system was firing and the radiators were all warming up to the desired tempreture which indeed it was. The home and rooms were really nice and toasty thanks to these guys. Will definitely recommend and use again for any future plumbing related services. Thank you again guys.
