Can’t recommend Lukas highly enough. Was a lovely helpful gentleman. He was the only person to ask me whether I was replacing my gas fire and therefore judge how far he should take my disconnection back for safety (so grateful - could have been a disaster otherwise). He found a small leak - fixed it in the process - was totally transparent, showing me the readings for myself and showing and explaining the work he’d done.
He even came out the same day and
charged exactly as quoted over the phone.
