Certain services can be provided remotely, although for obvious reasons a number of them can not. We are always willing to visit a client in their own home to make arrangements should that be easier for the client - we are after all here to make your time of need easier.

I never had to arrange a funeral before. I went to 3 funeral places I did not like the look of the people I was talking too. Nor the rooms they had used. They were creepy. I was on the Chester road going to Tesco. I look out the window there was Lilies. I ask my sister could we stop and I look at this one. Calum opened the door. He did not look creepy. The room he took me in was so serene and peaceful. I listen to most of the things he was talking about. But all I could think about was these are the people whom I would trust with my husband. If I have to give my husband back to God then these are the people to help me. And I was right. From the time I last saw my husband until the funeral day. He was safe in there hands. There was a lot of them involved but unfortunately I could only recall one name. But they all did a nice job. And the celebrate they got me to Alex Reed made it more special too. I definitely what these people to do me when it my turn. Thank you from the bottom of heart for all that you did for me and my husband. I think between the lot of us my husband had a good send off. It was heavenly.

White Rose Funerals are amazing, from the minute you contact them everything is taken care of with such care , and empathy at such a painful time. The service for my brother was beautiful for such a very sad day. would highly recommend them. Jan Dwyer & Kim Bennett
