After researching potential grief counselors I selected Paul as on his website, he seemed to understand the feelings, thoughts and emotions I was experiencing. I had suffered significant loss in the last 5 years losing 2 children and more recently my mother. I felt lost and I didn't know which way to turn. On the outside I tried to look in control but internally I was not functioning. After an initial meeting with Paul I realized I had made the right choice choosing him as my grief counselor although my initial thoughts were "how can someone help, what do they do or tell you?" That very quickly became apparent during the programme. It allows you to step by step become aware of the unresolved grief inside you that you have been suppressing. There were times acknowledging that grief was extremely tough but Paul who is so kind, easy to talk to, and one of the nicest people I have ever met made the process so much easier. He really understands the grief process. By the time the course ended I felt so much more in control and although I know there will still be sad days ahead, I feel more able to cope and accept them. I would most definitely recommend talking to Paul if like me you feel emotionally drained and lost. He will certainly give you the tools to live again. Thank you so much Paul

Laine helped me to get out of an abusive relationship and we stayed talking for the last two years while the divorce is proceeding. I found her very easy to talk to and received good advice managing life's pitfalls.

Simon is not the first therapist i have worked with but he is certainly the only one who has helped me tackle my issues. Talking with him has never felt like a test like it has done with previous counsellors, and ive never felt guided towards answers or endings, only helped to discover the root causes for myself and a gentle push towards my own understandings. He also wont take any nonsense either! Great guy.
