We use the best local produce and the finest Spanish ingredients to create huge pans of delicious paella, theatre style and to serve it to your guests piping hot straight from the pan. We share a passion for food with a love of Spain. We offer a truly unique and flexible service, catering for any number of people in any type of venue. All our Paellas are gluten and nut free and we use one of the world's most intense and valuable varieties of saffron, Krokos Kozanis. Professional, yet colourful and fun, our Brighton based Catering Company can cover any type of wedding reception in London, East & West Sussex. We cook everything from scratch and we are very selective with all our ingredients. We have been awarded with the the Healthy Choice Award, by Brighton & Hove City Council, which certifies that our business supports its customers by offering healthy food choices, based on healthy cooking methods and ingredients. Our recipes and experience come from our family background, who own a traditional restaurant in a small village near Alicante in Spain. We have learnt from the very best and we would love to bring a taste of Spain to your event! We love what we do and we are very proud of our food quality and services.

All our paellas are super delicious!

How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?

We listen to our clients special dietary requirements and we adapt our menu accordingly.
We can cater for vegetarians, vegans, coeliacs, or people with nut or other allergies.

What do you love most about your job?

Making people (or tummies) happy with your food, is just priceless!

What inspired you to start your own business?

Crocus Paella was born in 2013, when we first moved to Brighton. Inspired by the trending Street Food scene in London and having a passion for the Spanish gastronomical culture, we decided to combine the two and create our little business.

Our start up mission was to introduce Paella to the local community and establish it as a choice of meal in one’s daily diet. A great quality product as well as a mouthwatering experience that would gradually turn our customers into loyal repeaters.

Why should our clients choose you?

First of all...our name! Crocus Sativus, commonly known as saffron. We use one of the world's most intense and valuable varieties of saffron, Krokos Kozanis which makes our paellas super extra special!
