Home Smoked chicken and asparagus mousse, home made langoustine tortellini.

Close collaboration, we suggest dishes based upon seasonality and locality
What do you love most about your job?
Going that little bit further than other catering companies, creating food with flair that will wow people.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The lack of other good restaurants and caterers in the area. I wanted to show what could be done for the same price.
