I hired Sophie for my sister's hen do and she was amazing! I have a fair few allergies including dairy, soya, alcohol and cocoa but this didn't faze Sophie at all and she kindly accommodated all my allergies without making me feel like I was awkward or that I was missing out at all. Sophie has been cooking for my family for 8 months, preparing all family dinners for the week and coming twice per week.
I honestly can't recommend her enough! She has plenty of wonderful and healthy ideas for the menu planning (which is already very helpful), and the dishes she prepares are delicious.

Me and my friend went down to the admiral for dinner tonight courtesy of Super Doux to try the vegan pies, we were not disappointed! I had the curried parsnip lentil with minted peas and it was gorgeous. My friend had the Mexican burrito pie and it was delicious, stacked high with goodness. How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I enjoy this part of the process, as I get to think creatively as well as getting to know my clients in more detail.
I will find out a few details to get to know exactly what they are looking for either with a brief phone all, via email, or whatsapp. I Things like budget, dietary needs and preferences, dining style, extra help and services e.t.c.
This conversation will tell me if they would prefer ready made menus or a tailored one and avoids me sending too many overwhelming menus..
I will then send over some suitable or tailored menus, dishes and flavours to inspire them to make a choice.
What do you love most about your job?
I love playing with flavour, texture and colour in cooking, that really brings me joy.
I enjoy the variety of working for myself - one day I may be catering for a film shoot, the next cooking for a family of 4, and the next still Canapés and cocktails for a party or crew catering for 1000.
I really enjoy being part of someone's special event and helping to create a really beautiful moment .
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having my own business has always been a dream of mine. I finally decided to go it alone and I was driven by my desire to work creatively and indepentandly.

I work hard to help make your event truly special, and will go out of my way to tailor to your specific requirements. Whether you just want food, or a full package including party/table dressings including flowers, matching Tableclothes, hired equipment and other entertainment.

I have extensive experience catering to many diets, with a specialism in vegan cooking, meaning that you don't have to worry about guests missing out on taste due to dietary restrictions. I make tasty and memorable food, and will ensure you get the best value from whatever budget you have!
