Georgie cooked a meal for us, a family party of 8, at an AirBnB rental recently, to celebrate my wife's 80th birthday.
The meal was just perfect, beautifully prepared and presented, despite the limited facilities at the venue.
She also brought a colleaugue who helped serve and clear away, so the whole meal was a real occasion.

What’s your signature dish?
Having grown up in the far east and the middle east and having a love of british food I struggle to name one signature dish - I love making asian food and curries but also love pies and seafood, scones and cakes - I do love to cook a good Sunday roast!
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
by asking customer about their favourite foods and dishes they have eaten, and types of cuisine, allergies, likes and dislikes and creating a menu tailored to them.
What do you love most about your job?
I have always loved cooking. I quit my 12 year career in dubai in photography production and went back to college part-time to get a cookery diploma which I received a distinction in from their I set up my own business in dubai and then when I moved to the UK. It has always brought me immense pleasure to feed people - I love how food brings people together.
What inspired you to start your own business?
after being furloughed in lockdown i decided to start my own business delivering meals to the local community as I was aware many people were anxious about leaving home to go to the supermarket and eat out. I then expanded into dinner parties after being asked to do one for some people on holiday in the area.
Why should our clients choose you?
Because I am very passionate about what I do and a little piece of love goes into all my home cooked dishes. I ensure I use the best ingredients and everything is freshly made.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
For people who prefer not to have me in their home I can prepare a dinner party for delivery for them to reheat themselves
