Choosing a wedding caterer is always going to be a terrifying prospect. It's such a huge part of your budget, and is so critical to the overall success of the day. We had reached a sort of standstill in our research when Wendy was suggested to us, and when she saw our dazed and slightly overwhelmed faces, she leapt into action with spectacular vigour, suggesting ideas, dishes, logistical solutions, basically everything we needed, or had been unsure about up to that point.
The food, it goes without saying, was amazing, and effortlessly catered for the entire gamut of dietary requirements, Wendy and her lovely team worked so hard, all day to help us have an amazing wedding - She is so much more than just a caterer! She is totally flexible and takes time to listen to your requirements, tailoring the food to fit your exact needs & has a good understanding of a variety of diets. She can also fit any budget so is ideal for charity meetings or small community groups as well as lavish wedding feasts or wholesome festival food if you desire.. whichever type of spread you choose will always leave you satisfied as I have been lucky enough to sample her food and buffets in various settings. There are many catering companies with great service and delicious food, and this is certainly one of them. What's much, much rarer is to find a caterer with the creativity and sense of fun, to pull off a properly memorable event. Wendy did the catering for my wedding and people could not stop talking about how great the food was, even sneaking back into the buffet room before bed (at a hotel) to grab another bite! Wendy provided an excellent service right from the beginning advising on menu options to suit our budget through to what would work best with our event. The food was outstanding - really set the perfect tone to our event and we had lots of compliments which was great. I heard of two instances where Wendy, in amongst the madness that was happening, managed to conjure up a plate for a couple of vegans I had completely overlooked!! Wow!
