I’d been thinking about getting air conditioning for a few years, but every time I looked into it, it seemed to be near the end of summer and I decided to leave it until the following year. This year, however, the heatwave arrived early, so I finally decided it was time to take the plunge. After researching several companies, I chose East Midland Solar and Air Conditioning Ltd, and from my very first conversation with Jade, I knew I’d made the right decision. She was incredibly personable, really took the time to listen to our needs, and offered helpful advice without ever being pushy. Jade and Liam both visited our home to assess the space and discuss the best options. Our house is open plan and a little awkward in terms of layout, but they carefully considered everything and provided practical recommendations. We decided on two units, one upstairs and one downstairs, in the rooms we use most often. One piece of advice that really stood out was choosing units that can also be used as heaters during the colder months. This means we can stay warm in the areas we use without having to heat the entire house, which is a fantastic bonus. On the day of installation, Liam and Bez were friendly, diligent, and a pleasure to have in the house. They worked efficiently, kept us informed throughout the process, and were exceptionally neat and tidy, leaving everything spotless when the job was finished. The whole process was professional, friendly and straightforward from start to finish. We’re absolutely delighted with the result and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone considering air conditioning for their home.
