I arranged with Colin to bring our ensuite bathroom into the 21st century.
I had assumed that he would merely replace like for like. How wrong I was! His ideas for improving the layout were absolutely spot-on. His fitters, Jim and Terence and his two expert tilers were also right on the money. The whole job was completed in four days despite the snow and icy weather. Nothing was too much trouble for these guys. What would with your average bathroom company be charged as extras (for example fitting accessories) was thrown in as a “freebie”.
I cannot speak highly enough of Osprey. I have now arranged to get the main bathroom completely modernised by them and will probably get them to do the kitchen also once finances have recovered a little. On that subject, I have to say that the price quoted was significantly below that of other companies’ quotes. In all, extremely good value for money and a splendid and imaginative job done seamlessly and without doubt producing the required “wow” factor!
