JAM Duo comprises Jules on Piano and Anne-Marie playing the Cello. The sound of piano and cello is one of the most sublime combinations in music. We perform for weddings and events all over the UK. Our repertoire is an eclectic mix of classical and contemporary music to suit all tastes and audiences.
Being part of JAM Duo is not just a job. Jules & Anne-Marie both love performing and making music together. There is nothing better than bringing live music to your wedding. We love travelling all over the country and being part of so many people's special days. The majority of our work is weddings but we also get involved in corporate events and private parties.
JAM Duo was formed to keep music live at weddings and events. Jules & Anne-Marie love to perform together and bring music to a wider audience. Having both trained as professional musicians we love the fact we get to use these skills on a daily basis to bring music and joy to others.
Jules & Anne-Marie are both professional musicians and believe that music should convey emotion and meaning. The sound of Cello and Piano is one of the most sublime combinations in music. Our Duo is the perfect choice if you want beautiful live music at your wedding ceremony or reception. We perform a range of music from classical favourites such as Pachelbel's Canon in D through to modern day songs such as Ben Fold's 'The Luckiest'. Unlike a lot of musicians we do not have a 'playlist'. There are over 160 recordings of the most popular songs we are asked to play on our website. However we can play and arrange anything you like. Just let us know what your favourite song or artist is and we will arrange and perform that music for you. We do not make any additional charge for arranging songs if we haven't already done so!
Yes we can produce videos of our performances or we can perform live over a zoom link (although this is not ideal!). Please contact us for more details.
We are a Covid safe act. We bring all our own equipment and can perform wearing masks as necessary without this detracting in any way from the quality of our performance. We can also set up socially distanced from our clients. We sanitise all our gear before and after every gig and there is no need for anyone to come in to close contact with us or our gear.
