What do you love most about your job?

Our experiences growing up can certainly have an impact and shape who we are as adults. However, we all have the capacity to change. Through a process of understanding, learning, healing and growth, psychotherapy can lead to a profound sense of well-being and meaning in our lives, and help us discover who we are and how we want to live our life.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I am a Behavioural Psychologist with degrees in Nutrition (BSc/MSc), Psychology (MPsy) and Mental Health (PhD).
After working with nutrition patients for a few years, I came to realise that behavioural change was more important than giving advice on what to eat or what not the eat. So, I carried on with my studies in Psychology and Mental Health.
While I still have a strong interest in how certain nutrients, or lack of them, affect us from a mental health point of view, my main specialty now is in Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy for anxiety.

I focus on stress, anxiety (performance anxiety, social anxiety), generalised anxiety disorder (GAD), panic disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), phobias and post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
