I have just had my 4th Hypnotherapy session with Amanda. What can I say! From the very first session I had relief, I hadn’t realised how long I had been living in panic mode-feeling numb, not thinking straight, avoiding going out, not being able to see the wood for the trees so to speak. I didn’t realise how fast my breathing was until Amanda helped me relax and slow down. Amanda is amazing, she has a way of describing and teaching you to understand what’s happening, look for triggers and gives you the skills to use to avoid reverting back. Life changing for me, I didn’t realise how much I was struggling until I felt that relief and understood what was happening to me and how I was living. I have just booked another block with Amanda to continue what we have started-an amazing journey that has given me so much in such a short space of time! Thank you Amanda❤️ More...

Amanda is such a lovely, warm person. I felt at ease with her the moment I met her. She has helped me recover from a nervous breakdown and get me back to work. We have had weekly sessions and these have helped me more than she will ever know. I can highly recommend her for hypnotherapy. You won't regret it and you'll never look back. Thank you so much Amanda. You have really made a difference to my life. I have gone from not leaving my bedroom to having a zest for life and making the most of it and returning to work. Forever grateful 💖 X x x More...
