My first time meeting with a Spell caster and I have to say, it's really worth it. It had been 6months since my husband left me without saying anything. I'm interested in helping people live more fulfilled and emotionally balanced lives. Having experienced depression myself in the past, I know how important it is to take care of your mental health. REBT / CBT is a great form of therapy. Short courses of 8 to 12 sessions are often enough to experience real change.

My goal is to help you to become your own therapist so we don't have to see each other again!

The thought of hopefully helping others live better, more fulfilled lives.

Together we will work towards real, tangible goals to get you where you want to be. I won't shy away from asking difficult questions or facing difficult truths. But I won't judge you and I will be on your side. My job is to give you the tools to manage your own emotional and behavioural well being.

Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy is about dealing with problems in the here and now, and working towards healthy and productive goals. It will give you the philosophical and practical tools to change how you think and behave, ultimately taking control of your emotions to become happier and better balanced.
