Damian is very polite and professional and undertook measured surveys to produce the drawings needed for both the Planning and Building Regulation applications. He dealt with several visits from the Planner, all to the Council's satisfaction. An added bonus was, following a trial hole adjacent to the neighbour’s shallow foundations, he explained the implications of the Party Wall Act and undertook all the Notices and surveys that were required to allow the works to proceed. The quality of his work is excellent, starting from the very beginning of planning my extension, to the building work which is of top quality. I would definitely recommend him to anyone else.

I needed a surveyor to assess cracks in my property and Philip visited promptly after my enquiry. He provided a comprehensive report with photos which was really helpful. A very efficient and friendly service which was good value for money.
