Simon was very quick helpful and kind during a very stressful time. When I contacted him, he came that very evening to pick up my PC, repair it, and returned it the next day! He kept informed on how my PC repair was going which was very reassuring and he always asked before doing anything and kept me in the loop. He even stayed in touch with me to ensure my PC is fine even after the fix, providing additional support. All in all he gave me peace of mind when I was struggling and I'm very happy with this service and would highly recommend him.

Very professional service, highly recommended. On later occasions he also was extremely helpful to solve other issues and charging a fee that was very fair compared to other quotes
