I honestly cannot recommend Kate enough! I have had Hypnotheraphy sessions with Kate for several fears, anxiety and addiction and I don’t know how she does it, but it has worked every time! What inspired you to start your own business?
I reached a crossroads in my corporate career where I was feeling unfulfilled so I retrained and set up my Therapy & Coaching practice.
Why should our clients choose you?
I bring a range of skills - psychotherapy, coaching and hypnotherapy so have many tools in my box to help you work towards your desired outcome. I have a practical approach, a warm and nurturing style and most of all I'm very real and accessible. Not one of those nodding therapists who say nothing!

Currently all my sessions are online via google meets and I have a very user friendly online booking system

Life Coaching
I’ve designed my coaching packages based on years of experience working with clients as a therapist and coach . I’ve built up a huge library of resources that I’m so excited to share with you. When you work with me as your coach, expect me to hold your hand and give you a kick up the backside when necessary! My signature coaching package is 3 months
In our first session we will identify your priority areas – if you know beforehand then even better! If you don’t, fear not. We’ll figure it out together.
Examples are: changing careers, attracting a healthy relationship, getting on the property ladder, landing your dream job, launching a business, achieving your health and fitness goals, creating work-life balance, turning your passion into a job, achieving and financial health.
Therapy
I put you, the client, at the centre of our session and tailor each session according to your individual needs. First, we’ll spend some time discussing your presenting issue. We’ll ascertain your desired outcome and spend some time really clarifying this so that you are getting exactly what you want from our work together.
We will decide whether you need Therapy or Coaching. I then use various different techniques to help you work through the problem and towards your desired goal. For example, if you are struggling with self- confidence, I will select appropriate methods that fit for you to help you let go of old beliefs and patterns that are holding you back and help you move towards a stronger, more confident self. One of my goals is to leave people in a better state than which I found them. Some of the work we do may be challenging or painful and it’s natural to feel a bit wobbly when we look at ourselves and our feelings closely – but this is a necessary part of the healing process.
How long does it take?
This really depends on what you’d like to work on. Typically I see therapy clients for a minimum of 6-12 sessions to get the best results. Discounts are available for packages. We can have sessions weekly or fortnightly and often we move into monthly after a while. Individual top up sessions are available too plus mini check in/ accountability sessions.
Hypnotherapy
I incorporate hypnotherapy into my therapy and coaching and also offer stand - alone hypnotherapy sessions for specific issues such as:
Overeating and weight management
Gambling
Drinking
Anxiety
Public Speaking
Smoking
Confidence
Fear of flying
