How would it help you to gain more confidence? To have that certainty, at the very core of your being that you are enough? To develop unshakeable belief in yourself, to radiate high self esteem and high self worth? How would your life be different? Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) and Coaching (RTC) are a highly effective way to achieve this. I will work with you to uncover and deal with the root cause of why you currently have low confidence, let go of whatever has been holding you back and move forwards in life with progressively higher levels of confidence.

I originally contacted John about 12 months before I actually had the sessions. I wish I had done it sooner. I was struggling with anger and anxiety.
John talked me through the sessions and how everything worked and was kind, patient and really wonderful. I was having some anger outbursts and felt I couldn't control these. I was becoming very overwhelmed and unable to understand why.
From working with John I am like a different person. My outbursts don't happen and I feel less anxious and am happier.
I would 100% recommend working with John.

Amandine has a very gentle way to coach, challenging you at the same time to reflect on your beliefs. I've really enjoyed working with her and discovering new tools, such as exploring feelings in my body through colours and shapes - something I would probably not have chosen to do if asked, but in this setting, it felt absolutely right and allowed me to see another side of myself.

I am working remotely with clients during this time, I can provide phone and online video counselling. I work as an integrative therapist, which means I am trained in and incorporate the three main psychotherapy approaches in my practice. These are Psychodynamic, Person Centred and CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy). I am therefore able to adapt the most beneficial aspects of these approaches to tailor my work to the needs of the individual client: after all, everyone is different and unique.

Thank you for reviewing my profile. I am a Certified Coach, #1 Best Selling Author, Feel the Fear Trainer and Non-Conflict Communicator. After leaving a career in corporate strategic sales in 2020, I wanted to pursue a life long passion of coaching and mentoring individuals who want more from life and simply don't know where to start first. I really enjoy supporting individuals throughout all stages of development and have a particular focus area of Difficult Conversations;
I’m a counsellor, coach and psychology-informed practitioner working with adults and young people who want to understand what’s going on in their lives and make meaningful, sustainable changes. My approach is warm, straightforward and very human. I don’t believe people need fixing, and I don’t see therapy as something that should create dependence. Instead, I work alongside my clients to understand where they are now, what might be getting in the way, and what they would genuinely like to be different. People come to me for all sorts of reasons. Sometimes they’re dealing with anxiety, low confidence, relationship difficulties, stress or a major life change. Others are functioning perfectly well on the outside but know that something doesn’t feel quite right. You don’t necessarily need to be in crisis to benefit from having a space to think, talk and work things through. My background spans counselling, psychology and education, and I’ve spent much of my career supporting people through complex situations. I particularly enjoy working with men, parents and young people, although my practice is open to anyone who feels my way of working might suit them. Sessions are relaxed and conversational, but they are also purposeful. Understanding matters, but for me it isn’t the destination. The aim is to turn that understanding into something useful — greater clarity, different choices, practical changes and, ultimately, feeling more capable of navigating life without needing me alongside you forever. If you’re considering working with me, I’m always happy to have an initial conversation so we can get a feel for whether we’re a good fit.
I love seeing people begin to build a life of their own choosing. There is something incredibly rewarding about watching a client understand themselves differently, recognise what has been getting in their way, and begin to make changes that genuinely matter to them.
For me, some of the best moments are when clients start discovering that they already have far more capability than they perhaps gave themselves credit for. My job isn't to create that for them; it's to help them uncover it, strengthen it and learn to trust it.
Ultimately, I want the people I work with to need me less, not more. Seeing someone leave our work with greater clarity, confidence and trust in themselves is probably what I love most about what I do.
My own journey has probably shaped this business more than anything else. I had a successful career and had achieved many of the things I thought I was supposed to achieve, but at some point I began to question whether the life I was building was actually one I had consciously chosen.
That started a much bigger period of change for me, both personally and professionally. I moved into counselling, psychology and education, and over the years I've had the privilege of working alongside people at very different points in their lives.
What I've discovered through all of that is that I genuinely love this work. I love people, I'm endlessly curious about what makes us who we are, and there are few things I find more rewarding than seeing someone understand themselves differently and begin to create meaningful change in their own life.
Starting my own practice gave me the freedom to work in a way that reflects what I believe: that people don't need someone to fix them or tell them how to live. Sometimes they need the right person alongside them to help make sense of where they are, get clear about where they want to go, and support them in doing the work required to get there.
I bring a fairly unusual combination of experience to my work. Before moving into counselling, psychology and education, I spent more than 15 years leading and developing people across different organisations, cultures and countries. Since then, my work has taken me much deeper into understanding people, how we think, how our experiences shape us, what gets in our way, and what helps us create meaningful change.
Qualifications and experience only tell you so much about what it will actually be like to work with me.
I'm warm, straightforward and genuinely invested in the people I work with. I'll listen without judgement and give you the space to understand yourself, but I also won't simply sit back and nod for an hour. I'll ask questions, challenge you when it's useful, notice patterns with you and help turn what we discover into something you can actually use in your life.
I don't believe you need fixing, and I don't want you to become dependent on working with me. Whether you come to me for counselling, coaching or relationship work, my aim is to help you develop greater understanding, clarity and confidence in your own ability to move forward.
Ultimately, choosing the right person for this kind of work is deeply personal. You need someone you can trust, be honest with and feel comfortable being yourself around. If that person happens to be me, then we'll do some good work together.
Yes. I offer both counselling and coaching online via video call.
Working online provides greater flexibility and allows you to have sessions from an environment where you feel comfortable and able to speak openly. I’ve found that meaningful rapport and connection can be built just as effectively online, while removing some of the practical barriers that can make attending regular sessions difficult.
For many of my clients, online sessions simply fit better around work, family and everyday life. It also means I’m able to work with clients across the UK rather than being limited by location.
All you need is a private space where you feel comfortable talking and a reliable internet connection.
